1. How package prices are shown

Holiday package prices are shown in Indian rupees as "Starting ₹XX,XXX per person on twin sharing": the price for one person when two adults share a room, for the lowest-priced departure. Your final price depends on your travel dates, hotel and room category, the number of travellers and any changes you ask for.

Our consultant confirms the final price with you before you pay. It is stated on your quote and payment link, and it does not change once your booking is confirmed.

2. Advance and balance

• Advance: 25% of the trip price, paid to confirm your booking.
• Balance: the remaining amount, due 15 days before departure. We send a secure payment link and reminders before it is due.
• Trips starting within 30 days are paid in full when they are confirmed.

Payments are made through Razorpay by card, UPI, net banking or wallet. You receive a receipt for every payment.

3. Taxes

GST applies as per the law and is shown as a separate line on your quote, payment link and invoice.

International holiday packages attract tax collected at source (TCS) under the Income Tax Act, shown as a separate line. We need the lead traveller's PAN for it. Current rate: 2% of the package price up to ₹10 lakh per person in a financial year, and 20% above that.

4. What is included

Each package page lists what the price includes (such as hotels, meals, transfers and sightseeing) and what it does not (such as flights, visas and personal expenses). Anything not listed as included is not part of the price.

5. Flights, hotels and cruise sailings

These are currently arranged by our consultants, who share the price for your exact dates on a call. No prices for them are shown or charged on the website.

6. Cancellations

If you cancel, the charges in our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.
