What we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it safe.

1. Who we are

AnytymFly is operated by Truerize IQ Strategic Solutions Private Limited ("AnytymFly", "we", "us"). We plan and book holidays, flights, hotels, cruises, experiences and related travel services. Our registered office is at No. 40, 6th Sector, 12th Main, Near BDA Complex, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to find, book and support your trip:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and city.
  • Traveller details: names as on travel documents, dates of birth and nationality. We do not ask for passport numbers or visa details at present.
  • Booking and payment details: the services you book, amounts paid and payment status. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers. Payments are taken through our team or an authorised payment partner.
  • Account details: your sign-in information, saved travellers and your preferences.
  • Messages and enquiries: what you tell us in callback requests, support tickets, chat and calls.
  • Technical information: device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use your information

  • To search for, price, confirm and manage your bookings, and to send tickets, vouchers and itinerary updates.
  • To process payments, refunds and invoices.
  • To answer your questions, handle changes and cancellations and provide support.
  • To check and apply entry and safety requirements for your trip.
  • To keep our website secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To improve our services, and, where you have agreed, to send you offers and travel ideas. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to deliver your trip or run our business:

  • Travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport and activity operators, who need traveller details to issue your booking.
  • Payment partners, banks and card networks that process your payments and refunds. They handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.
  • Service providers that host our systems, send messages and emails or provide analytics, under agreements that limit how they use your data.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect rights, safety or property.

Some suppliers are outside India. When your details are sent to them for a booking, they are handled under that supplier's own privacy practices as well.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools such as local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies that show us how the site is used (including a random browser ID and the campaign link you arrived from) and advertising cookies that help us measure and improve our marketing. You can accept or decline optional cookies in our cookie banner and change your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as sign-in and checkout, from working.

6. How long we keep it

How long we keep your information depends on what it is:

  • Booking, invoice and payment records: 8 years, to meet tax and accounting law.
  • Support chats and tickets: 2 years, so we can handle disputes and complaints.
  • Marketing emails and offers: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data, such as your browser ID and pages visited: 13 months.
  • Account details: while your account is active, then we delete or anonymise them.

After these periods, we delete your information or remove anything that identifies you.

7. How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect your information. Payments are handled by authorised payment partners, and we do not keep your card details. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

8. Your rights and choices

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or optional cookies.
  • Make a complaint about how we handle your data.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first.

9. Children

Our website is meant for adults. A parent or guardian must make bookings for travellers under 18, and we collect a child's details only to book travel for them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. If we make an important change, we will tell you on the site or by email.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
